• Increlex has an identical sequence to that of endogenous human IGF-1.
• Increlex is a new treatment for severe Primary IGFD patients who cannot be expected to respond adequately to exogenous growth hormone treatment.

Consider Increlex When Patients Present With¹:

• Normal or elevated growth hormone and
• Height standard deviation score ≤ -3.0 and
• Basal IGF-1 standard deviation score ≤ -3.0 and
• After exclusion of growth failure due to:
  • Malnutrition
  • Chromosome aberrations
  • Chronic disease
  • Pituitary tumors
